It takes less than 3 minutes to book any tour! Choose the tour or the activity you wish to book, and the system will automatically select the best available offers.

Read the product description and click on “Check Availability” on the page. Specify the date, time, and number of people for your tour, and click “Book Now”. On some tours, you also have an option to add extras, such as a boat ride. Complete the booking form, add your payment details and that's it. In case of any questions, you can reach out to our friendly team before or after the booking.

Our tours have instant confirmation. You will receive an email with information about your booking right after you make your payment online. 

If you don’t receive your confirmation within 24 hours, don’t worry, just contact us at for immediate assistance. 

We are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings. Please contact the office first to check availability, before proceeding with the online booking. 

Yes. You can book as early as you wish. If your date is not available on the calendar, please get in touch, and we would be happy to confirm this for you.

Yes, we offer customisation and upgrades for our tours, including additional activities or locations. Please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.

We accept payment in multiple currencies. Please choose your preferred currency while making a booking. Please note, prices indicated on our website may be slightly different from those withdrawn from your account. This is due to the currency conversion charges imposed on us by your bank or payment system.

Yes. We use secure servers and a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on our site. Your transactions are protected against misuse by The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Most of our tours and excursions allow free cancellation within 24 hours of your tour. Contact us if you need assistance with this.

After cancellation, you will receive an email with the sum to be refunded. We refund your money with the same payment method as the original transaction. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 days to show on your bank account.
